Uzbekistan Airways Boeing 787-8 fleet, live Orwell check 30 October 2026.
This guide’s reference
BRAVOAIRSPACE 787-8 as a documented reference; legacy Kuro is identified separately.
Simulator and version context
Developer-documented MSFS 2024 use of an existing package. Native Update 6 was still marked not released on review. Microsoft shared-system videos were recorded in 2023.

The -8 developer links Microsoft/Working Title -10 lessons for shared avionics. They are not -8 footage and must never supply the -8’s weights, speeds, fuel or performance.

Identify the 787-8 and its dependency

Choose the actual -8 implementation before using a tutorial.Open this topic

What to understand

  • BRAVOAIRSPACE documents the -8 airframe and shared Working Title systems.
  • Its MSFS 2024 notes identify a legacy Asobo 787-10 v1 base.
  • Kuro is a different legacy -8 implementation with its own dated FAQ.

Bring it into your flight

Check your selected package and read the corresponding developer requirement.

Compatibility is a package and build question

An MSFS 2024 adjustment is different from a native release.Open this topic

What to understand

  • Check the developer’s current status page.
  • Do not infer native support from a livery or an available video.
  • Keep the installed package and dependency version in a support report.

Bring it into your flight

Use the current status for your distribution rather than an old recording’s promise.

Official reference

Read alongside: Update status: native Update 6 not released at review.

Two EFBs, different jobs

Separate the package tablet from Working Title flight-deck functions.Open this topic

What to understand

  • Identify the BA custom tablet.
  • Recognise the integrated Working Title EFB shown in the Microsoft lesson.
  • Confirm which interface controls the setting you intend to change.

Bring it into your flight

Name the tablet or display before following the instructions.

Plan, load and CDU

One coherent -8 flight plan.

Simulator guide

SimBrief: profile, units and identity

A shared import feature does not make -10 performance right for a -8.Open this topic

What to understand

  • Select the profile appropriate to the installed -8.
  • Compare fuel and mass units.
  • Review the generated OFP and exact VA sector.

Bring it into your flight

Confirm aircraft profile, origin, destination and planned load before an import.

Watch the manufacturer

Simulator guide

CDU route and LEGS review

Review the flight plan after entering or requesting it.Open this topic

What to understand

  • Check departure runway and routing.
  • Inspect arrival connections and discontinuities.
  • Understand the route shown on the navigation display.

Bring it into your flight

Compare the loaded route against the OFP and current clearance.

Official reference

Read alongside: Working Title tutorial flight: route entry and departure; shared avionics.

Simulator guide

Performance belongs to the -8

Use shared-system explanations without copying -10 values.Open this topic

What to understand

  • Keep airframe mass and engine configuration specific to the -8.
  • Use the selected package’s supported performance tools.
  • Review changed runway and weather conditions.

Bring it into your flight

Do not use the Working Title tutorial’s example weights, speeds or fuel as -8 dispatch data.

Official reference

03

Guidance, cruise and descent

Understand the mode and next constraint.

Simulator guide

MCP, FMA and autothrottle

Know which mode controls flight path and speed.Open this topic

What to understand

  • Distinguish a selected target from an active mode.
  • Review LNAV and VNAV prerequisites in the shared-system tutorial.
  • Monitor autothrottle and pitch guidance together.

Bring it into your flight

Describe the current lateral, vertical and thrust mode before a clearance change.

Official reference

Read alongside: Working Title tutorial: takeoff, climb and flight guidance; shared avionics.

Simulator guide

Cruise fuel and arrival preparation

Use the quieter phase to compare predictions with the flight.Open this topic

What to understand

  • Review fuel remaining and arrival prediction.
  • Check weather and the next runway/procedure.
  • Keep the cleared level separate from the planned cruise profile.

Bring it into your flight

Prepare the arrival while monitoring the actual fuel and aircraft state.

Official reference

Read alongside: Working Title tutorial: cruise and arrival preparation; shared avionics.

Simulator guide

Descent forecast and vertical path

Read the path and mode before expecting VNAV to solve the arrival.Open this topic

What to understand

  • Review descent data and constraints.
  • Identify the controlling vertical mode.
  • Monitor energy and the cleared altitude.

Bring it into your flight

Name the next constraint and active mode before descending.

Official reference

Read alongside: Working Title tutorial: descent preparation and VNAV; shared avionics.

04

Arrival and operating references

Finish with the correct procedure.

Simulator guide

Approach setup and the missed approach

Prepare a supported approach rather than copying tutorial runway data.Open this topic

What to understand

  • Review the actual chart, minima and navigation setup.
  • Understand approach-mode annunciations.
  • Have the package’s missed-approach procedure available.

Bring it into your flight

Compare the current arrival and landing reference with the chart and plan.

Official reference

Read alongside: Working Title tutorial: approach and landing; shared-avionics context.

Landing, services and shutdown reference

Finish the sector with the actual package procedure.Open this topic

What to understand

  • Separate landing technique from the shared avionics lesson.
  • Check the aircraft state before requesting services.
  • Use the supplied current checklist for shutdown.

Bring it into your flight

Follow the -8 package’s normal checklist and confirm the VA report separately.

Official reference

Systems and abnormal-source limits

Shared avionics are not a complete -8 QRH.Open this topic

What to understand

  • Know the documented simulation level.
  • Locate the applicable current checklist.
  • Keep unmodelled or undocumented abnormal behavior separate from an aircraft fault.

Bring it into your flight

Include the package and build in any question about unexpected behavior.

Official reference

Keep the scope beside the source.

A complete current manufacturer-produced 787-8 flight course and public -8-specific QRH were not verified. The shared-system material has explicit limits.

Kuro’s 2023 FAQ is a legacy alternate reference, not a current MSFS 2024 compatibility declaration. This guide does not select or install a package for you.

Source review and live VA fleet check: 30 October 2026. A reference implementation is not a declaration of your installed package or a local flight test. Current simulator-aircraft procedures and limits take precedence over older recordings and real-aircraft brochures.
