Public simulated operations.

Live Operations displays minimised simulated flight details from our airline-specific vAMSYS feed: callsign, aircraft, route, available times and valid simulator coordinates. Optional VATSIM context shows network aircraft and relevant connected controller callsigns and radio frequencies. Pilot names, member lists, network member identifiers and source credentials are not published. The server retains sanitised source snapshots for refresh and last-known-state handling; an unavailable feed is distinguished from zero flights.

Who is responsible

Riccardo Malavolti, owner of Uzbekistan Airways Virtual, is responsible for the site’s own measurement. Use our existing Discord community route ↗ or Pilot Support · pilot access ↗ to ask the staff for a private contact route. Do not post personal information in a public channel.

What the site counts

Page loads, visits to the Tashkent dossier, clicks to our individual YouTube films or channel, the first-flight guide, outbound registration clicks, the two starting tours, Discord, scenery sources and requests to load a YouTube player. We retain only a day in UTC, an allowed page, event name, content label, link position, destination and count. Query strings, search text, account identity and pilot records are not part of the dataset.

A new random action receipt prevents duplicate delivery from counting the same action twice. It is not reused as a browser, visitor or session identity. Receipts have a 24-hour deduplication horizon. Daily reports cover up to 90 days. Expired receipts and totals are removed on the next collection or owner-report request; historical data before launch is not available.

Purpose, basis and access

The purpose is to understand whether our public flight films and preparation resources are useful and improve the route into the community. The design is limited to first-party aggregate statistics for this single site, without fingerprinting, cross-site matching, advertising profiles, sale of visitor data or automated decisions about pilots.

These strictly limited statistics are treated as technical aggregate measurement under the conditions in section 7.2 of the Italian Garante’s cookie and tracking guidelines. For transient request handling where personal data are involved, the basis is our legitimate interest in operating and improving the site (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)), with minimisation and limited retention under Articles 5 and 25. This assessment depends on the implemented scope; adding advertising, persistent identifiers or a third-party measurement service requires a fresh assessment and consent where applicable. “No cookies” is not by itself a legal exemption.

The collection runs within this Site’s existing hosting, using its server and Cloudflare D1 storage. Only the VA owner can read its dashboard. Hosting, network delivery and owner sign-in can process technical information under the provider’s own arrangements; the application does not retain IP addresses, user agents, login details or credentials in its measurement tables. No claim is made that underlying hosting logs do not exist. See OpenAI’s privacy policy ↗ for the hosting provider’s general information. The application’s decision not to write identifiers does not determine every hosting retention period or transfer safeguard.

Your choice

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals disable this application’s counts. You can also turn counts off here. The only browser setting saved after your choice is a technical on/off preference; it contains no personal identifier. Your access to the public site is unchanged.

Checking your measurement setting…

You may object to processing based on legitimate interests and ask about applicable access, correction, deletion, restriction or complaint rights. The aggregate dataset cannot identify a specific visitor’s history; we will not ask you to provide extra identifying data merely to construct one. You may contact the Italian Garante or another competent authority.

YouTube, vAMSYS and other destinations

A YouTube click is not a video view or subscription. Loading the optional player connects to YouTube’s privacy-enhanced player; its own processing applies, and the native play button starts playback. The player does not load before your choice and does not autoplay. vAMSYS clicks do not prove registration or an accepted PIREP. Discord and store links take you to those services and their policies.
